Washington, D.C. – Enroll America and Enroll UX 2014 will co-sponsor a briefing to release Enroll UX 2014, an online application for health coverage offered through state or federal insurance exchanges. Enroll UX 2014 was created to offer states a reference model for a first-class user experience (UX) design for their health insurance exchanges.
The release of the platform is the culmination of work by groundbreaking public-private partnership of federal government, 11 states, eight national and state health foundations, and IDEO, a global design and innovation firm.
A panel of representatives from partner organizations will provide presentations and answer questions from the public. The briefing will provide a guided tour of the interactive prototype, and will demonstrate the resources that Enroll UX 2014 is offering to states. It will also describe how consumers will benefit from the adoption of a user-evaluated, online application design for health coverage.
The briefing is to be held at the Capitol Visitors Center, Room SVC 210 from 10 a.m – 12 p.m.
